Join us for a private wine dinner featuring a 4-course tasting menu paired with wines from the Alto Adige region in Northern Italy.
The Menu
Our executive chef, Justin McMillen, has created a tasting menu featuring mountain cuisine specific to the Alto Adige region. The evening starts with aperitivo hour serving cicchetti and wine followed by a four course meal. Each course is paired with wines from our special guest, Klaus Lentsch, owner of Klaus Lentsch winery located in South Tyrol, Italy.
